The Federation has lifted the embargo on the Breen Confederacy. We imposed it to bring you back into discussions, once a deal was made we lifted the ban.

The Federation has begun a process of replacing it's older ships with newer faster versions. This has mostly been done with the introduction of the Nova, Pulsar, and now Etiol (It means star in french) Classes of explorers and science ships. Therefore we have the following ships available for sale.

100 Centaur Class vessels
15 Cheyenne Class vessels
106 Excelsior Class vessels
287 Oberth Class vessels
21 Olympic Class vessels

The ships are ready for sale as soon as a deal is made. If another power wishes to buy some ships a private communication to the Federation Office of Starfleet: Department of Ship Operations: Reserve Fleet Division.

The Ferengi Alliance although not requiring it, is asking if any of those nations we have loaned money to could pay those back as soon as possible, I as the leader of the Ferengi are looking to start research on some large projects and will need much funding for them.

If it is not possible it is understood, if it is and is agreeable to the nation in question the Ferengi Alliance would be grateful.

If any nations would be interested we would also lower the interest rates to below your current rate. Thank you all for your cooperation, and any who would like to take me up on my offer you can contact me through private channels.

==General Federation Subspace Radio leaked to all powers==

With the Elections drawing near once again, it is no surprise that the Andorian Senator also bidding for this office is attempting to push his agenda upon us and inform us of all the wrong that has happened.

He fails to mention the recent success in defeating the Borg. An operation that was taken out by a joint-task force between all the local powers. A task force that wouldn't exist if he was conducting foreign policy. Without this task force, the Federation would have been hard pressed to successfully defeat the enemy, and even if we had we would have experienced far higher casualties.

He fails to mention the Neutral Zone that was created between the Federation and the Breen, that will serve to protect our borders as well as any fleet could. He also has failed to recognize the obvious benefit of the Neutral Zone with is the disarmament of large numbers of the Breen Fleet. The Construction of the neutral zone has radically reduced the tensions in the area by removing the immediate threat both sides pose.

He fails to mention the internal improvements this government has created while maintaining a strong defensive fleet. Starfleet is the pride of the Federation and does its job of defense and exploration well. Meanwhile we have been able to increase trade to levels resembling pre-Dominion War levels. And we have re-invested in our own state with the help of our people.

Though he cannot be blamed for not mentioning that which he doesn't know. I'm speaking of an announcement I have just received today from the Klingon Empire. The warriors of the Empire have been fighting for over 20 years, and they need a rest. While some argue that many of these wars were of their own creation, it is equally valid that they have fought for the defense of our civilizations. Their battles against the Borg are evidence of this. They have paid a high price in blood for our safety and deserve a time to rebuild. Therefore they have entered into a period of arms reductions with the knowledge that the Federation is able to serve as a peace keeper in their rebuilding phase. A fact that, if my competitor was in office, wouldn't be a reality.

I encourage everyone to go out and vote on election day. For it is your right and responsibility in a free state such as ours. If you choose to believe my competitor, I should not remain. However, if you see the truth in my words, and wish to continue a time of peace and prosperity for all then I am the right man, and I implore you to not vote for "no war" but to vote instead for peace.

I light of the recent news of the defeat of the Borg ships, we have made a slight change to our deployment plans. With the powers' permission, we will send 150 D'Deridex Class Warbirds and 39 scouts. These ships will be at the disposal of the Federation commander, with orders to follow their instructions. If accepted, these ships will no longer belong to the Romulan Star Empire Navy (though the operating expenses with be covered), until notice from the Federation that they are no longer needed.

If another threat, Borg or otherwise, should manifest itself, we are willing to send an emergency fleet of a number not yet determined to aid in the defense of our end of the galaxy.

*Message from the Klingon High Council*

The words of our allies in the Federation are true. The Klingon Empire has, for the last forty years, supported the Federation in aims of stability in the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. Now, it is time for the Klingon Empire to rest. To rebuild its people and culture, industry and education. With the defeat of the Romulan Star Empire and the Borg invasion fleet. There is now no power that can match the combined might of the Federation/Klingon Alliance. As such we shall use this time wisely.

AS OF THIS DAY! The Klingon Empire announces the ending of its arms build up! We will continue to modernize our fleet, repair the industrial damages we suffered as of late and replace ship losses of our recent conflicts. Kahless declared there is time for war, and there is time for peace. We have had our lust of war. So now we shall have our times of peace.

Should our allies need us, we shall be here. Ready as always to take up blood and blade in glorious battle!

*End message*

All concerns or questions to the nature of this effort are to be directed to the Chancellor's office.

The Gorn is going to be providing the Ferengi Republic with 40 Miranda's, 5 Constellations, and 25 Oberth in return for the previous loan we provide for reparations to the Klingon Empire after their short war. We would like to keep these ships for ourselves so they will not be sold on the market to anyone.

The ships from the battle at D4 have returned to the wormhole. To honor those who gave their lives to defend us all against the Borg, the Federation will be presenting an honor guard to bring all of the damaged and destroyed ships back to their home territories.

As our Klingon allies would say, chaw' maH quv chaH 'Iv ghaj Heghta'

Let us Honor those who have died.

The warriors of the Breen confederacy gladly died with honor; as we've said, we are committed to the security and safety of this region.

We should all wish for such a death. The warriors of all the forces involved fought with great honor in this battle. Their names will be remembered for as long as we carry breath.

The Ferengi Republic would as well like to honor all those who died in this battle to protect not only their only their own culture but selflessly gave themselves to protect the entirety of the quadrant.

As much as the Ferengi have become a race of cowards much less than warriors we would like to commit as many of our D'Kora class ships as soon as they have become outfitted with our best technology to fight against the Borg if ever need be again, as it seems will most likely be needed.

The Gorn Hegemony expresses its gratitude for the sacrifices made by our allies. We express our condolences to the families of those lost. We also ask what decisions have been made regarding dissemination of the intelligence regarding the Hur'q?

We are also interested in the information regarding the Hur'q. Any race that can drive the Borg from their own space is a serious threat to us all.

The Intelligence that the Borg transmit will be public domain, and will be shared with all local governments as it is received. The nano-probe technology can also be expected by every local government within six months.
