Right, one rare or below and any amount of common or below. It's assumed we all have the clothes and good for daily life. Money uses a "profit factor" that Tyyr will roll for after he's got his character up. You can still use cash in the game to pay for drinks and shit if you want though or just out right purchase things.

Starting equipment is listed under your career in the RT rulebook, just above your advance scheme. Plus, as Kendall said, any other "common" (or easier) gear you can carry, and one "rare" (or easier) item. During gameplay, we don't buy stuff with money - we make an acquisition test, using or Proft Factor (TBD) as the characteristic.
