It's a Rare choice? Thats fine with me.

I don't have either; but I have a shopping list for our next berth. As long as Buck acquires the appropriate melee weapon talent, I'm sure the chainswrod at least will be easy enough to find at a future port of call.
Deepcrush wrote:Yeah, I was just throwing that out there. Buck will also have a pair of Bolt Pistols if anyone wants them.
I could always use a backup pistol. Inferno's only got three shots.

BTW, do the synthetic muscles give you the Bulging Biceps talent? If so, that's a big help, it lets you fire the stubber unbraced.

Should change the guy's name to Blaine (Jesse Ventura).

I don't remember the movie character's name - is that the guy from Predator who fired a minigun from the hip?

Well, it makes sense. Firing NATO 7.62's at 3000/minute wouldn't really generate any coinsiderable recoil, would it?

Oh god yes. Fortunately that one was .223 NATO, still it would be nigh on uncontrollable. Ventura and Arnie where actually the only two in the film capable of carrying just the weapon, the battery pack to operate the motor was in excess of a 100 pounds.

Its a bionic upgrade.

Then you can take one or both, up to you. Buck is going to have a ripper gun in one hand and a Missile Launcher in the other. No reason to carry a bunch of pistols.
Mikey wrote:BTW, do the synthetic muscles give you the Bulging Biceps talent? If so, that's a big help, it lets you fire the stubber unbraced.
No, but it does give me Unnatural Strength which is nice to have. I can't get Bulging Biceps till rank 4 for whatever reason. So I can arm wrestle an Ogryn but I can't walk and shoot a BAR in RT... go figure...

I'll select it as my weapon skill choice for his character sheet. Besides that, I don't think he'll have to hard a time using it. Worse comes to worse, I'll just have him pick someone up as a weapon. :poke:

I'm sure one will be sufficient. Where'd you get them, BTW?

Got it. I never checked the arch-militant gear.

Pretty good starting gear. Safe bet is that the way the ranks are set up, means either a very slow game or lots of Exp being thrown out. Characters have more trait flaws but better gear.

I've done very basic equipments, do we have any particular extra stuff we can get?

Also how does the money percentage thing work for the group?

You can pick one Rare choice item (or something less then rare).
