I assume smaller. I think I based that on a line in Relics where Scotty was taken into standard quarters like Picard has, and the officer escorting him said "I can try and find something bigger..." I took that to mean that the ship does have some sort of "better than Picard's" quarters somewhere, which I took to be the Ambassadorial rooms.

That's ridiculous, I know the class was supposed to be more comfortable but come on. A friend was on the HMCS
Winnipeg commisioning crew, I'll have to ask him about that.

Keep in mind these "Decks" are not huge, the ships in general are not huge. I've never seen what the area is like beyond the ladders since it is a privileged area but my impression was it wasn't very large and likely only contained a room, office and bathroom, I doubt he would even have his own dinning area since the Officer's already have a nice enough one as it is...

The Class is fairly comfortable really, except for Number 7 Mess which has the Shell Rails for the Main Gun running right through it... I'm told it hurts when you run into both sets within 20 seconds...

I have no doubt but undoubtably better than living on the old
Oberon subs. I hear hotbunking on the torpedo rack really blew.

I can't even speak to that, though I do have a Cousin on the Subs, been at it for 12 years or something like that... They wanted to send him up North on one of the new Victorias to this new Deep Water Port thing...

The port that has yet to be built? Frankly I'm amazed that they got even one
Victoria running, a friend who remustered from NavSig mentioned the other day that
Chicoutimi is still in dock from the fire.

That would be the one. So far as I know it is not even guaranteed she will ever sail again, though I could be mistaken.

That's what I was told.
