It's generaly polite not to post major spoilers without warning people, Teaos. :P
I've edited your post because of that.

Yeah I hate spoilers.

I was going to read the Bible the other week but then some bastard ruined it for me, Jesus dies...

Look on the bright side - like the spoiler of the end of Titanic (it sinks, BTW) it saved you from hours of boring drivel.

Yeah, but just like a DC comics character, they made up some way for him to come back anyway.

Aye, it sorta went downhill after they brought Jesus back to life again. I mean, you had the perfect ending right there when he was nailed to a cross. But some guys in marketing decided "hey, we could sell more copies if we bring him back again!" and we get the whole lameness after that. I think Revelations was what really killed the series, personaly. They decide to go all moody and depressing with the whole "oh no! The world's going to end!" stuff, but then Jesus comes back -again- to save all the good people.
Really, the fact we haven't had another issue for over two millenia shows quite clearly that they killed the series off with that.

Yeah, and the attempted spin-offs like the Book of Mormon just sucked.

They could have at least named it something better than "Mormon", it sounds like something that grows on your foot. "I had another Mormon removed from my foot the other day"

Interestingly enough, that sentence is actually better with the true meaning of "Mormon" in place.

As I understand it the name comes from the title of the Bible, pt. II actually being "The Book of Mormon." Don't know what that means, though.

Sorry to resurrect the dead, but I did finally see The Dark Knight, and you guys weren't kidding. I loved every minute of it (no small task for a film of its length :P ) and Ledger was transcendent. :)

Hooray! :)

The more people who see this film, the better.

...scary thing is: I can really identify with the Joker's mindset...
