Minbari & Vree Quantum Singularity/Fusion Power Systems?

Following up on my last post ("Centauri Matter/Anti-Matter Power System?"), I would like to ask for your thoughts on the assertion that the Minbari Sharlin class War Cruiser, the Minbari Tinashi class War Frigate, and the Vree War Saucer use a Quantum Singularity/Fusion power system.

Is this like the Quantum Singularity power system used by the D'Deridex class Warbird? (See also: "Romulan D'deridex class Warbird (Star Trek)".)

It was never stated on the show what the Centauri use as a power source. There was one passing comment about a Minbari War Cruiser's reactors going critical. Humans who plainly use fusion power. Centauri are plainly viewed as an intermediary technological state between Minbari and Humans. Some fans and some of the game fluff have attributed QS to the Minbari, and M/AM to the Centauri to differentiate them from the Humans.

The show gives us absolutely nothing to go on with respect to the Vree except that one of their starships can destroy a Vorlon fighter.

If you want to extrapolate different stories for B5, use a secondary material (MicroMachines, AOG, Mongoose, etc) or throw it all out the window and make your own assumptions, but state what you are doing and come to terms with the limited amount of information available from the show.
