Skype Troubles
Has anyone else been struck by the "Easybits Go" download from skype? I have uninstalled it using the add/remove programs function AND uninstalled skype and the program remains. I have also deleted what registries relating to EasyBits Go i could find. Yet the program remains. Apparently it IS MalWare. Does anyone else have this problem or any idea how to get rid of it?

I Hensley stopped using after MS acquired it. Simply because I don't use windows and MS have a habit of endiing support for any non-windows platform (as well as anything non current in windows such office ending support for XP and Vista)....
I'd probably recommend Google chat/voice (with voice you can call any phone in the us for free as well)

Skype virtually never bloody works on our mac.
Can't wait to get rid of the damn thing.

On the mac, yes. I've just given up even touching it now since everything failed to work, except for MS office for mac (ironically).
