Watching the new Day Earth Stood Still....

Um... :|
Thats all I can do. It doesn't even make a good stand alone movie with the way they try to set up the plot.

However, the little robo insects of doom would make a cool horror flick.

Still not watched it yet. I've heard it doesn't compare favourable to the original though.

Well, the original is one of the classics.

nDay the Earth Stood Still just failed IMO. Its a wannabe eco movie that ended up with a bunch of retarded aliens looking for an excuse to commit genocide.

I do so love my government. Our minister for health is obese, our minister for science just revealed himself to be a creationist, and our prime minister recently went into an interview mildly drunk. I can't wait until the next election.

Oops. I missed that.

Oh well. With the Conservatives in power in the UK, I simply jumped at the wrong conclusion.

Huh? What have the Tories got to do with anything?
