No, Trade agreements run for as long as the agreement stands...for example I negotiated a trade agreement on our very first turn that is still on my spreadsheet and will stay their until either myself or the other party wishes to terminate the trade for one reason or another.
This is a general way people have been doing it. Nothing rules wise stops you from changing partners ever turn. Even if you negotiated a 20 year agreement I (as the GM) won't stop you from walking away from it.

Right, I was merely curious. I wanted to know whether I had to go around changing things or just leaving them as they are, leaving them is good with me!

since no-one knows what the hell I look like, I've gone through the DITL images and found an approximate race among the non named ones. It did come from VOY, but its close enough. Its named DITL species #162:
