ya, but that level of hell has easy women....and intelligent ones....and on occasion one that's both!

Mmmm... Jersey breakfast, and trying to decide what kind of beer to make. I'm looking for something that will be appropriate for mid-June; the beer takes a week to ferment and a week to carbonate in the bottle, and then two weeks to lager it in the fridge. I'm thinking of a red ale, malty and not too hoppy, maybe with a little coffe or cherry tone - but I'm open to suggestion.
