Remember, you can negotiate export only type agreements where you send more than you get from someone. That still benefits both parties as long as it is not way out of whack.

The Tholians make exotic goods for export. Why? It struck me as a good idea when I was setting them up so I threw them some extra trade points.Deepcrush wrote:3m? Klingons on the other hand take a penalty vs everyone else when it comes to trade because there are only so many collectors of sharp, shinny objects covered in others blood.

You all now have nano-probe technology. Medically you can all feel better that you are unlikely suffer from a plauge. It also has basically rendered useless biological weapons in the context of the sim.
You could all do futher research on this subject to whatever ends you wish, though the most productive would likely be some sort of countermeasure to counter Borg Assimilation and possible even a nano-probe based cure to assimiliation. I suppose the nasty among you could also develop any number of weapons you might think of based on the technology.

One last thing, I have a map of the Hur'q infestation but it is at home. Will put it up tonight. But the key is don't think of it as an occupation. The people on the planets who survived are pretty much left alone. They want the most advanced material for coversion. They are not interested in anything else.

Turn reports are out...finally.
They are short because 90% of what happened this turn was in the news or IC thread and invovled all of you.

Re: Star Trek Sim discussion
Ok, so basically if you don't piss off the Hur'Q they won't try to kill you?

Did anyone else think of the Reaver's when reading about the Hur'q?

Don't spoil it! I didn't get into ME2 yet. Just finished ME1 and I don't know much about the Reavers yet.

The stats for the big ship of theirs worries me...
No trees were killed in transmission of this message. However, some electrons were mildly inconvenienced.
Re: Star Trek Sim discussion
The biggest problem with that is that they may just completely destroy us due to their high regeneration rate.
