My latest; Ian and I bought bouncing baby 16 GB iPhones for ourselves today. We've spent half the day playing with them and downloading various applications, some of which are huge fun. Like the one that rolls a bunch of dice when you shake the phone. And the one that you hold up to a speaker when a song is playing, and it works out which song it is for you. Or the one where you push a button when you park, and it remembers where the car is and gives you a distance and bearing to it from wherever you go. Or the one that lets you check out eBay from the phone. Or the one... well you get the idea.

iPhones rock! :)

Doesn't it also then give you a direct link to purchase the song? That is pretty damned cool. Congrats on the new additions... I am SO getting a Storm when they come out.

It gives you a link to buy the song on the iTunes music store, and if it can find one a link to play it on youtube too. So far it's proved to be pretty damned good at finding them, too. :)

My favorite apps for mine are Crash races, Auroa faint, iSaber, Laberenth (The best game to show people when you want to show off your phone) and for me the stockmarket guide.

As am I, well when I get most of the money for it, as I'm in contract. I got my dad to decide to buy one too.

Well a while back I bought a concrete paving slab to finish off a little bit in the garden. I stuck it in a corner of the kitchen and forgot about it, and it's been there a few weeks.

The other day I opened a cupboard door without thinking and the slab fell over and hit my leg (no trousers on at the time). I backed away, startled... and it scraped down my shin and did this.

Image

I could see big gobs of skin scraping up on the edge of the slab; the slabs have a very rough edge to them, very sharp. Didn't hurt that bad at the start, but it hurt like hell after, and now it feels kind of sore and very tight. Not pleasant.

Ouch, that looks pretty sore.

As for me, I'm at home sick today. :(
