Notes

Bavali Station was a large space based deuterium mining facility constructed by the Federation within Bannon's Nebula. During commissioning Saul Ramon started hallucinating. Eventually his condition lead to him sabotaging the station. He was taken the USS Enterprise for medical care. He eacaped and killed a starfleet officer. After returning to the station his actions caused an explosion, which blew in out into space, where he died. [1]
