Admiral Picard used a [2] Type 14 long range shuttle [1] to travel from Earth to the USS Stargazer in 2401. [2]In 2401 Admiral Picard and Captain William Riker used a Type 14 shuttle "borrowed" from the USS Titan, NCC-80102-A, to rescue Beverly Crusher. The shuttle docked with her ship the SS Eleos XII when it was attacked by the Shrike. The Shrike destroyed the shuttle with a barrage of photo torpedoes to cut of their methods of escape. [4]
