Sarnia Prime is the main inhabited planet int he Sarnia system. In 2401 the local warlord initiated an outbreak of Galarian fever amongst the refugees in the planets "free-zone". He hoped to kill off the occupants and claim the lands for himself. The Fenris Rangers established a quarantine of the planet.  [2]

The SS Eleos XII visited and Jack Crusher managed to brake the Rangers into allowing access to the planet by giving them weapons. Having gained access he and his mother were able to transport the required medical supplies to the region, curing the pandemic. [2]
