Primary planet in the M'Talas system. [1] It was once visited by the USS Enterprise NX-01, where Charles Tucker III admired its ringed moons. [2] In a previous visit Dr Phlox was nearly overwhelmed by while treating a group of fifty refugees while serving in a camp on the planet. [3]

In 2401 Raffi Musiker was on an undercover mission in district 6 on M'Talas Prime. She discovered a plot to use weapons stolen from the Daystrom Station on a Star Fleet recruiting centre located in the neighbouring district 7. Unfortunately, she arrived too late to prevent the incident. [1]
