A Federation world in the Taurus reach, McIlvain's Planet was settled by Tellarians and Rigellians, each settling a different landmass. Despite the distance between the colonies, both sides did not get on well together and a case was brought before the Starfleet JAG office for arbitration. The case was referred to the Colonial Administration office. [1]
