Tenqem Adrev was a Romulan male, he relocated to Planet Vashti around 2380, aboard the Federation Wallenburg-class transport, USS Nightingale. He had previously served as Senator, before the destruction of their planet by the supernova. He was present when Picard spoke before the Hall of State, promising assistance from the Federation. By 2399 he was a member of the Romulan Rebirth movement. He instigated the attack on Picard when he visited Vashti in 2399, eventually challenging him to a duel using swords. Picard refused to fight and threw is sword to the ground. Adrev was about to kill him when Elnor advanced and removed his head with one stroke. [1]
