A Romulan operative, Bochra was one of the operatives who was found on Galorndon Core, a Federation planet near the neutral zone, in 2366. He took Geordi La Forge prisoner whilst on the planet, but the two had to work together to survive the difficult environmental conditions on the planet and escape. Bochra was returned to his ship.
