An officer in the Klingon military, Captain Tel'Peh was the Captain of the Vor'cha-class attack cruiser IKS Toh'Kaht. In 2369 he commanded the ship on a bio-survey mission in the Gamma Quadrant. During the mission the crew came under the influence of telepathic energy spheres, driving them into conflict with one another. Tel'Peh began executing officers he felt were attempting mutiny. He was killed when his first officer, Hon'Tihl destroyed the ship after beaming to Deep Space Nine. [1]
