Father of Jono Rossa, Connor was a resident of the Federation colony on Galen IV when it was attacked by the Talarians in the 2350s. Connor was killed along with his wife Moira in the attack, leaving his orphaned son to be claimed by the Talarians. Connor's mother was Connaught Rossa, a Federation Starfleet officer who would go on to become an Admiral in the 2360s. [1]
