An alien encountered by the NX-01 crew on Risa in 2152. Latia was able to change his appearence, either as a result of technology or as a property of his species. He and his companion used this to pose as a Risan females and lure Commander Tucker and Lieutenant Reed into a cellar, where they robbed them of most of their clothing. [1]
