Close friend and advisor to Damar during 2375, Rusot was unhappy with having to rely on the Federation for help in the rebellion against the Dominion and was furious that Major Kira was sent to train the rebels in terrorist tactics. [2] He was killed by Damar when he threatened to kill Kira. [3]
