The commander of a Tholian warship, in 2268 Loskene's ship encountered the USS Enterprise. Loskene ordered the Starship to leave the area, though did grant them one hour fifty three minutes grace before attempting to enforce the order. When the Enterprise failed to meet the deadline Loskene fired on the Enterprise, demonstrating the "renowned Tholian punctuality". [2]
