Groundskeeper at Starfleet Academy since at least 2327, Boothby has been friend and confidante to some of Starfleet's greatest officers, including Captain Picard. [1] In 2375 Voyager encountered a member of Species 8472 which had assumed Boothby's appearence as part of an effort to infiltrate Starfleet Academy. [2]
