A member of the Quarren military, Coyote attempted to sieze the Starshp Voyager after the crew were forced to abandon ship and abducted by his government. He was prevented by the EMH, who had switched to Emergency Command Hologram mode and taken over the ship in Janeway's absence. [2] Ultimately the ECH, Ensign Kim and Commander Chakotay were able to defeat his efforts. [3]
