Morris was an ICE officer working in the Los Angeles area. He was amongst the team that arrested Rios and Teresa Ramirez in her clinic. Morris was fond of using his taser on detainees who talked back to him, including Rios. He released Teresa but kept Rios in detention and started procedings for deporting him. [1] He was one of the officers manning the bus that was taking Rios and others to the border when Seven and Raffi rescued him. [2]
