A Human, Jessica was the wife of Section 31 member Luther Sloan. In 2375 O'Brien and Bashir encountered a recreation of Jessica whilst they were linked to Sloan's mind by a neural interface. The image was killed by an image of Sloan in order to prevent her from handing over the cure to the Founder virus. [1]
