A Human soldier, Green led a genocidal war in Earth's 21st century. He was famous for attacking his opponents whilst in the middle of peace negotiations, and was widely regarded as one of Earth's most evil historical figures. [1] After World War III, Green had thousands of radiation-scarred people 'euthanised' so that genetic flaws would not be passed on. His actions made him a personal hero of John Frederick Paxton. [2] In 2263 the Excalbians recreated Green as part of their study of the concepts of good and evil. [1]
