A character created as part of the Argrathi as part of their prison memory implant. In the implant Ee'char was the cell mate of the subject, and spent many years establishing a friendship with him or her. The implant was designed so that the subject would kill Ee'Char, causing massive feelings of guilt to be experienced once the simulation was over. When Miles O'Brien was implanted with the simulation, he was so distraught over his actions that he became suicidal for a time. [1]
