Zus Tlaggul was a male Tellarite Starfleet officer with the rank of Fleet Admiral in 2258. He was one of the panel of judges who oversaw the court martial of Una Chin-Riley. He was acting as a representative of Space Command. Ultimately he found her not guilty. [1]
