A petty thief, in 2377 Gar stole Voyager's EMH program and mobile emitter whilst aboard the ship trading Indium, subsequently selling both on to Chellick, the administrator at a Dinaali hospital. Fortunately Voyager was able to follow a trail of lies and thefts which Gar had left behind him, and eventually found Gar on the way to a gambling tournament. Some imaginative interrogation by Neelix convinced Gar to confess and reveal the location of the EMH. [1]
