A T'Lani Ambassador, E'Tyshra was part of the effort to wipe out the Harvester weapons. To that end she was determined to destroy all knowledge of the weapons by killing all those involved with their creation and destruction, including Dr. Bashir and Chief O'Brien. She failed in this effort after Commander Sisko's intervention. [1]
