A Dinaali doctor, Dysek was Chief of Medicine on the hospital facility managed by Chellick. Dysek worked on Level Blue, treating high priority patients. He worked with Voyager's EMH after Gar stole the program and sold it to the hospital. The EMH complimented Dysek on his surgical abilities. He later support the EMH in his attempts to get Chellick to allow treatment for low priority patients in the hospital. [1]
