A scientist from an unknown species, Alzen was in charge of the extensive medical experiments her people conducted on the crew of Voyager in 2374. She was forced to abandon the project when Janeway threatened to destroy the starship. Alzen may have been killed when one of her ships exploded as it attempted to escape Voyager. [1]
