Bidran is a Romulan male, he relocated to Planet Vashti around 2380, aboard the Federation Wallenburg-class transport, USS Nightingale. By 2399 he was a member of the Romulan Rebirth movement and an associate of ex-Romulan Senator Tenqem Adrev. He was involved in the attack on Picard when he visited in 2399. When Picard was challenged to a duel by Tenqem Adrev it was Bidran that leant Picard his sword. [1]
