After the war the Angosian government confined Danar and others to the Lunar V penal colony to keep him separated from the general population. Danar escaped and,d epsite the best efforts of the Enterprise-D crew, engineered the escape of the other prisoners. Captain Picard decided to allow the local authorities to handle the situation. [1]
