A Ramuran tracer, Kellin was responsible for tracking down those of her people who left her home planet and returning them there. Whilst on such a mission she encountered Voyager and fell in love with Chakotay, choosing to abandon her work and remain on the ship. Her memory of the events were subsequently erased by Curneth, another tracer, and she returned home. [1]
