Who would you most like to see come back next?

Well? We've had the Daleks, Cybermen, the Master... so who next?
Personally, I would love love LOVE to see the Sontarrans again. Those little buggers creeped me right the hell out as a kid!

The Ice Warriors
It would make a change to show a species that aren't fundamentaly evil, but simply apply a realist view of politics. Daleks kill because everything non-Dalek is inferior. Cybermen kill or cybernise because everything non-Cyberman is inferior. Ice Wariors kill not out of malace but to further their own political ends. It makes them a more sympathetic villain to me.

The Sontarrans are the obvious choice.

I wasn't too sure at first when you mentioned Sontarans but the more I thought about it the more I think you might have a point as the new series could really show the millions of Sontaran warriors that you only heard about in the old one, it would also fit Russell T Davies' style of big, impressive spectacles and battles in the show.
I'd also like to see Zygons but preferably not with unconvincing Loch Ness monster!
