Pay whatever you want for Volumes 1 & 2
Above the average (As of writing $9.91) for all the above, volume 3 and any others they add to the bundle (Wednesday morning at 11:00am pacific, apparently)
or pay $15 for all the above, Multi-doctor story "Prisoners in time" and "The girl who loved Doctor Who"
