Watch, set. TARDIS cued up in case I miss it. ;)

Admittedly... I'm in 'hope for best, prepare for worst' mindset at the moment.

Now that cinemas have gone digital they are really looking to branch out. Some are doing live broadcasts of sporting events, things like that. Anything people might want to come watch on a big screen.

That was pretty damn good. Jumped about between stories a bit too much for my taste, but still pretty good. Best moment had to be that big one at the end though:
Hello Tom!

Wasn't bad, but I'm a little miffed they retconned the destruction of The Timelords. The Doctor wiping out his and the Dalek race are pretty much what defined his character from Ecclestone onwards. The Doctor finally revealing his actions to the last surviving Dalek was way more powerful than seeing Gallifrey being bombarded, IMO it was a mistake bringing Timelords and the Daleks back after that episode.

I loved it. Bringing back the Timelords, one more huge nail in RTDs idiocy's coffin.
Loved all the doctors at the end, all 13! Nice Capaldi cameo

So was Tom playing Four (somehow) or is this like Maxil and that Roman guy?

I liked the whole "Last timelord left, angsty after wiping out the others" thing, but they've been playing that out for eight years now. Really, I think they've wrung about all they can out of it, and it's kind of cool to dangle the possibility that they will reintroduce Gallifrey at some point and have other timelords wandering about. That gives them a lot of new story possibilities.

I loved Tom's cameo. :D He was the Doctor. Maybe not the Fourth, but definitely the Doctor. Also, I'd be keen to see Gallifrey returning. Never did like it gone in the new series.

And it gets the Guiness record for the biggest tv-drama simulcast in history.

More than deserves it. *Tips hat, metaphorically and literally*

And a glimpse, but just a glimpse, of the next Doctor...

He looks scary...
