Prostitute blames Mickey D's for her career path

"A sex worker who transitioned from a job selling XL fries at McDonald's to providing XXX services is blaming her former employer in part for her forced career change. Shelley Lynn claims her ex-husband, Keith Handley, hired her to work the counter at the Mickey D's franchise he owned in 1982, started dating her, and then pushed her into prostitution so she could earn more than her burger-slinging minimum wage. So what's her beef with McDonald's? She claims the chain doesn't "ensure employee policies are in place to protect against unscrupulous and criminal individuals like Handley." Lynn is suing for lost wages, punitive damages for sex trafficking and racketeering, among others. Hold the special sauce jokes, please."
Now I've heard everything.

Okay, so it's McDonald's fault for her putting her legs up in the air and asking, " where's the beef"? Oh, wait, wrong franchise. Let's try that again...
So it's McDonald's fault for her spreading her legs and asking for a Whopper? Dang it! Try again...
So it's McDonald's fault for her getting on her knees and saying," if it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in my face"? ...I give up.

My daughter watches a show on the Disney channel that once included the line, "There shouldn't HAVE to be a sign to tell you not to eat your shoes." I am very afraid that a judge in this case will somehow fail to tell this woman that a franchise licensee shouldn't really as a matter of course be required to have a policy and education program in place to prevent it's licensees from pimping out their cashiers.
