You have the opportunity to ask a character from the Doctor Who universe. Who do you ask and what do you ask?

The Fourth Doctor: Seriously, what's up with the scarf?

The Third Doctor: Dude, you do know that a neutron flow has no polarity, right?

"What was the most spectacular thing you've ever seen?"

Given that he's travelled the length and breadth of time and space, that should get an interesting answer.

I'd like to ask ANY of the doctors - all this time - uncountable years - hurtling through time and space - why can't you fix the damn chameleon circuit? You can change the control room, add and drop rooms, fix whatever gets broken in each episode, but you still can't figure out how to fix that circuit?

What gives? Also - what WERE you thinking with the new control room look? The layout is kinda neat, but the color scheme looks like Smashing Pumpkins took their name literally.

To the tenth doctor (or any after really I suppose) - why didn't you airlock that annoying idiot Donna when you had your first chance! (Catherine Tate's character is quite possibly one of the most annoying people I have ever seen on tv)

I'd actually like to ask Davros his ideas behind the design of the Daleks. Why he designed them that way, for one thing. Early prototypes...

What did you see in Rose?

Why are you always sorry?

Speaking of Rose, "Tap that yet?"
