How do you eat?

As the title says, how do you eat? Do you a) hold your fork in you left hand, your knife in your right throughout the process, or b) hold your fork in you left hand, your knife in your right while cutting, then put your knife aside, swap your fork to your right hand, and eat, or c) some other way?

I don't get it
. Your post doesn't match the options for the poll
. But here's my answer:
I use my spoon or fork alone in my right hand. If I'm cutting I use my knife in my right hand, my fork in my left to hold the food in place (my left hand has no coordination, if I tried cutting with it my knife would go flying. That could be a little dangerous.), then place my knife down and switch my fork back to my right hand to eat.

With my hands!
Seriously though, my right hand isn't all that functional so I just switch between hands as needed. I also usually just use my fork as a knife.

In answer to the question - that's option B.

I keep the fork in my left hand and the knife in my right to keep the boys away from my food.

When I have to, I use the knife in right hand, fork in left hand. When no knife is needed, I use the fork in the right hand. Spoon in the right hand. When I eat pizza, the slice goes in the left hand so the right hand is free to turn the newspaper or hold the remote control.

Oh, got a little confused about the typo, wasn't sure which one was typed wrong.
But I didn't vote wrong because I also eat like Kendall, using the fork as a knife on softer foods. And certain foods I just eat with my hands
!
So it's still "other".

"A." I don't want to waste time with all that switching.

Same here, Except my left cant be used to cut at all, so I have to hold the fork in my left and cut with the right, and if all else fails, tear it apart...

I do fork in left hand, knife in right hand - except if a knife isn't involved, in which case I'll put the fork in my right hand.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I usualluy chew food in my mouth then swallow it and let my digestive system turn it into goo.
I just do whatever is simplest... I don't bother complicating my eating with silly arbitraty rules (which I don't really know anyway)

I used to know them, I made sure to forget them once I retired, pointless BS really.

when a knife is necessairy, I put it in my right, fork in the left...when not necessairy, I use my right for the fork/spoon
