Yeah, but the sign itself seems a bit dodgy. A sign in English in Africa that reads, "Involved in Africa"? I also hate to say it, but it looks like it was added after the fact digitally.

From the focus of the image, the whole wall was added digitally.

There are countries in Africa that speak English I think.

English is used as the language of administration in most of Britain's former African colonies, like Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, etc. Likewise there are a ton of countries that use French.

And a few using dutch and Afrikaans.

IIRC, Zimbabwe uses the native language of whoever happens to be holding either the biggest wallet or biggest gun at the time.
