I like checking out Topless Robot all the time and found this list a pretty good one.

That announcers voice was annoying me soo much. They really need to get better announcer dudes.

Not a bad list, but I'd include the one in which the E-D had a holo-baby.

Am I the only one who liked Rascals? Again stupid premise, but as a kid, I always loved it, and it's held up fine over the years.

"Up the Long Ladder" I'd have taken off there. It wasn't an all time great, but leaving it on the same list as "Shades of Grey" seems a tad harsh.

I liked Rascals too. Mini-Guinan and mini-Ro were good together.

Considering how the plot of Rascals falls apart when you realize they just threw away the fountain of youth, the episode really blows. Really, once someone figures out how to duplicate the process people could effectively live forever. What would have made sense would have been the transporter accident made everyone's DNA unstable.

Wouldn't Picard's artificial heart have blown through his chest, too large for his adolescent rib cage?

Bah, the writers can't be bothered with trivialities like previously established details. :?

Good point about the heart. Likewise we have stuff like Data being bullet proof versus Data being shot with an arrow.

I chalk that simply up to rule of funny.

And how a handful of Ferengi could capture a Galaxy class starship with over a thousand people aboard.

And i chalk that up to Riker being a moron. Although picard throwing a tantrum to get to the bridge and Riker using technobabble as a weapon were pure gold.

"He's my number one dad!"

I did like how Odo slammed Commander Lobsterhead later on in DS9 about it though, nice use of continuity there.

I never liked Rascals myself.. except for Riker's technobabble bit, whcih I loved  . Quite ironic, considering that most of the time we groan at the overabundance of seriously taken technobabble!
