Setse family line

So I have FINALLY settled on a name for my Star Wars family: Setse.

The only problem is this: when to start the line of family members. I have been thinking about this for some time and I am trying to narrow it down to these options:

Canon:
1. After the Dawn of the Jedi (c. 25,025 BBY)
2. After the formation of the Galactic Republic (c. 25,000 BBY)
3. After the Reformation of the Republic (c. 1000 BBY)

Legends:
1. After the Dawn of the Jedi (c. 25,783 BBY)
2. After the formation of the Galactic Republic (c. 25,053 BBY)
3. After the Reformation of the Republic (c. 1000 BBY)


Any thoughts?

First off. Figure out which one you want to do. Legends or Disney. You make that decision. Not us.

I agree, but unfortunately, therein lies the problem. This is why:

Canon AND Legends both have something to offer. I personally prefer Legends myself, but I've been looking at the pros and cons of both.

Canon:
Pros:
Does include the first 6 movies and has even before Disney f***Ed it up.
Does provide a solid foundation of establishing when the line begins.
Does agree with Legends, surprisingly, on one thing: the reformation of the Republic (1000 BBY).

Cons:
Takes Disney products into account, therefore, branches into two versions of the franchise.
Offers three dates on when to start.






Legends:
Pros:
Does include the first 6 movies and has even before Disney f***Ed it up.
Also provides a solid foundation of establishing when the line begins.
As with Canon, does agree surprisingly on one thing: the reformation of the Republic (1000 BBY).

Cons:
Only includes the first 6 movies, hence the branching thanks to Disney.
As with Canon, offers three dates on when to start.

I did a discussion with an AI bot off Facebook, and it suggests 350 BBY as to when to start the line, which would fit rather snugly into the High Republic era.
