I know the title sounds crazy but I was looking up info about the possible extreme density of the solid iron core at the earths center and this came back from the search parameters. Interestingly enough, in the article, how long it took to create the anvil is insane and mind boggling. They spent that much time and effort to produce this tool??

That gives me a whole new appreciation for Verdi's Anvil Chorus from ''Il Trovatore' (for those of you non-opera folks, was also used in many many cartoons and ad campaigns).
