Well, at least she knows. My nephew has a deadbeat rat-bastard of a biological father, who hasn't paid dime one of child support, doesn't come to visit his son, and tells the kid that it's his mother's fault because she won't pay for the father to come up to Jersey; well, my nephew is 14 years old now, and sees the handwriting on the wall. He hangs up when his father calls now.

Smart kid. I'll still send her her present. She's NOT getting a damned cell phone, but she IS getting a Nintendo DS.
