What's the latest in people's lives?
Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
Wow, well, sorry to hear that tsu.
On another note our computer is a piece of crap. I'm pretty sure that the new cd drive we just got it is making the USB drives die on us because of it using too much power. So we have two choices, we can go out and buy a new computer, or use the old shitty cd drive. I think we'll have to use the old drive, at least until we can afford to get anything new.

Tsu - Well, I'm sorry, because any separation is hard. But at least you won't have a pit of gnawing resentment growing in you.

Tell that to the pit of gnawing resentment growing in me.Mikey wrote:...at least you won't have a pit of gnawing resentment growing in you.
I mean, yeah; you're right.

I didn't say it wouldn't be there; I said it would stop growing. Unfortunately, AFAIK the only way to not be disappointed by people involves becoming a hermit.

The girl whose taking both me AND her girl toy out just asked me if I want to take a trip with her somewhere....and wants to let me pick. Should I be worried? I've knows her for like a month.

Just make sure she means "vacation" when she says "take a trip."

Ugh, stomach flu has now made a complete round of the family. Fortunately we managed to get a break in there to go look at some Newfoundland puppies, which was fun and Dad gets his test results back tomorrow. *crosses fingers*

See I just got over a stomach bug, which has now rolled over right into a head cold.

It's just been one bug after another here, be nice when the weather improves and we don't have to sit inside and pass it back and forth.Tyyr wrote:See I just got over a stomach bug, which has now rolled over right into a head cold.

Tsuki, sorry to hear there. At least she's gone and you can move on from that bad spell.
Kendall, my fingers and toes are crossed for your dad.

Whoops, sorry Tsuki, kinda ignored the issue a little as i'm being thick. I suppose I'd take gratitude that I did the best to make it comfortable, and if they showed contempt for it...well, I think you know you're the better of the two parties. Take pride and comfort in your moral superiority

In other news, the people in charge of the internet filters at my work fail. They have youtube blocked, and I am going to assume they have most porn sites blocked, though I'm not about to chance actually testing those. They do not however have Deviant Art blocked, which contains plenty of nudity and suggestive material on par with soft core porn, nor do they have Hulu blocked.
